At Boyne Hill House, we like to give our couples choice and freedom to create their perfect wedding. Our menu tasting gives you an opportunity to sample a selection of our signature dishes so you can create the most delicious menu for your guests to savour and enjoy on your special day.

Starter Selection
Two starters are included in your package - one must be vegetarian. To add an extra starter to your menu, please allow a supplement of €4.95pp.
House-made Chicken Liver Pâté, selection of charcuterie & fine cheeses with marinated grilled vegetables. Selection of dips; hummus, tomato tapenade, green pesto. Bread basket with a variety of warm breads. Served at your table as a sharing platter. A soup course is also served with a Picnic Board on your wedding day.
House-made pastry case with chicken & mushroom and a crème white wine sauce.
Braised beef with Guinness, pea puree and mixed leaves.
Warm goats’ cheese tartlet, red onion compote, sauce aioli.
Garlic toasted croutons, boiled quail eggs & shaved parmesan cheese.
Mini poppadum’s, mixed leaves, wholegrain mustard dressing.
Pickled cucumber, herb salad and basil oil. Please note a supplement may apply, depending on your package.
Mixed leaves, raspberry vinaigrette.
Soup & Sorbet Selection
A soup or sorbet course is included in your package. To add an extra course to your menu, a supplement of €2.95pp will apply.

Main Course Selection
A choice of two main courses plus a vegetarian main course are included in your package. To add an extra course to your menu, a supplement of €4.95pp will apply.
Meat Dishes
Sautéed mushrooms & onions, garlic potatoes, vine tomatoes and brandy & pepper cream sauce. Steaks will be cooked medium unless otherwise specified. Please note a supplement may apply, depending on your package.
Oven roasted sirloin served with garlic potatoes, roast root vegetables & a red wine jus. Beef will be medium cooked unless otherwise specified.
Sausage & sage stuffing, chateau potatoes and cranberry gravy.
Red pepper mousse, creamed potato, spring onions and green peppercorn sauce.
Parma ham, sage, garlic potatoes & thyme jus.
Fish Dishes
Basil mash potatoes, butternut squash puree, braised leeks & a lemon beurre blanc.
Sweet potato mousseline, sautéed spinach and a fennel cream sauce.
Pea risotto, asparagus and a red pepper coulis.
