Laura & Romain’s Fairytale Summer Celebration
There are some weddings that seem to belong perfectly at Boyne Hill House, and Laura & Romain’s beautiful summer celebration was certainly one of them.
Full of romance, colour and the sweetest personal touches, their day had a real fairytale quality to it. With our pink Manor House and Secret Garden as the backdrop, there were moments when it genuinely felt like something straight from a Disney movie.

A Summer Fairytale
From the beginning, the whole celebration felt light, romantic and full of joy. Beautiful summer pastels complemented the soft pink tones of the Manor House and the greenery throughout the gardens, bringing everything together so naturally.
The Secret Garden felt particularly magical. Tucked away from the rest of the world, it created a gorgeous storybook setting for Laura & Romain and some truly beautiful moments together.
But what we loved most was that, for all its beauty, the day still felt wonderfully relaxed and completely personal to them.

A Guestbook With a Difference
One of our favourite details was Laura & Romain’s lovely twist on the traditional wedding guestbook.
Guests were invited to add their fingerprint to a colourful piece of artwork before leaving a handwritten message for the newlyweds.
By the end of the day, they had a keepsake created by all their favourite people — filled with colour, fingerprints and little messages from such an important moment in their lives.
Such a simple and gorgeous idea, and one they'll be able to treasure long after the wedding.

The Two at the Heart of It All
Of course, the real magic came from Laura & Romain themselves.
They brought such warmth and happiness to Boyne Hill, and that feeling followed them throughout the entire celebration. From their quiet moments together around the gardens to the laughter and celebrations with family and friends, there was so much genuine joy in the day.
The photographs capture it beautifully — not just how everything looked, but how it all felt.

One for the Books
Laura & Romain’s wedding was everything we love about a summer celebration at Boyne Hill House: beautiful gardens, thoughtful details, wonderful people and a day that felt completely unique to the couple.
A fabulous team of suppliers brought it all together, but it was Laura & Romain and the people around them who gave the day its magic.
Thank you both for choosing Boyne Hill House for such a special chapter of your story.
This one was a true fairytale — and definitely one for the books.

Katie & Conor's Mediterranean-Inspired Celebration
Some weddings leave a lasting impression, and Katie & Conor's day was undoubtedly one of them. Inspired by the effortless romance of an Italian summer, they transformed Boyne Hill House into a Mediterranean dream, filled with citrus details, elegant white florals, beautiful tablescapes and the relaxed atmosphere of a destination wedding – all without leaving the Irish countryside.
A Relaxed Start to the Day
The celebrations began long before the ceremony.
While Katie spent the morning in the Beauty Room with her bridal party, enjoying a slow morning of laughter, music and final touches, Conor and his groomsmen embraced the calm of the Woodland Soak & Sauna. Hidden among the trees, it was the perfect way to unwind before the excitement of the day ahead.
Back at the Manor House, the lads gathered in the Whiskey Room and Billiard Room, sharing a toast, a game of pool and plenty of laughs before making their way downstairs to the Gunroom Bar.
It was everything a wedding morning should be – relaxed, personal and full of anticipation.
Saying "I Do" in the Secret Garden
Guests gathered in the Secret Garden, where the beauty of nature provided the perfect backdrop for Katie & Conor's ceremony.
Surrounded by mature trees, colourful blooms and the peaceful setting of the River Boyne, they exchanged vows in one of the estate's most romantic locations. It was heartfelt, emotional and effortlessly beautiful.
An Alfresco Celebration
Following the ceremony, guests made their way to the front of the Manor House for an alfresco drinks reception.
With sunshine across the gardens, glasses in hand and live conversation filling the air, it felt more like an afternoon in the Italian countryside than a summer's day in County Meath. Guests wandered the estate, enjoyed canapés and captured memories while the newlyweds explored the gardens for their portraits.
A Mediterranean-Inspired Marquee Reception
As guests entered the marquee, they were greeted by a space that instantly transported them to the Mediterranean.
Long tables were dressed with crisp white linens, citrus fruits, elegant candles and abundant white flowers, while beautiful hanging installations overhead created an atmosphere that was both luxurious and relaxed. Every detail reflected Katie & Conor's vision of an Italian-inspired celebration, bringing warmth, colour and timeless elegance to the wedding breakfast.
As speeches were shared and courses enjoyed, the marquee was filled with laughter, applause and the unmistakable feeling of everyone simply enjoying being together.
Champagne Towers, Sparklers & Dancing Under the Stars
As day turned to evening, the celebrations continued with one unforgettable moment after another.
Katie & Conor gathered their guests around a spectacular champagne tower before everyone made their way into the courtyard for a magical sparkler celebration beneath the evening sky. It was one of those moments that felt straight from a movie.
The dance floor quickly filled, and the party continued late into the night, with family and friends celebrating together in true Italian style—full of music, laughter and endless energy.
A Little Slice of Italy in Navan
Katie & Conor proved that you don't need to travel to Tuscany to create a wedding filled with Mediterranean charm.
From a peaceful morning in the Woodland Soak & Sauna and the elegant Beauty Room, to vows in the Secret Garden, an alfresco drinks reception, a breathtaking marquee filled with citrus styling and unforgettable evening celebrations, every part of their day reflected warmth, togetherness and effortless elegance.
Their wedding was more than just beautiful—it was a celebration of great food, meaningful moments, wonderful company and the joy of bringing everyone together. A true Italian-inspired wedding in the heart of Navan, and one we'll never forget.
